A- The customer has the right to request the replacement and return of products or goods that he purchased from merchants in some cases such as:-
1- If you received the wrong product or goods or the goods do not match the description mentioned by the merchant in our store.
2- If you received a damaged or counterfeit product or one that carries counterfeit trademark data.
3- If you find a defect in the quality of manufacturing the purchased product.
4- If the products or goods do not comply with Saudi standard specifications.
